The project will evaluate <br /> improvements to three major Everett intersections: W. Marine View Dr. &Pacific Ave., Pacific Ave. & <br /> Rucker Ave., and Rucker Ave. &41st Street. The intent of the project is to reduce commercial traffic <br /> through the Central Buisness District(CBD),make a more direct connection between Rucker Avenue and <br /> West Marine View Drive, and reduce pass-through traffic entering the CBD on Rucker Avenue.
