Estimated project costs <br /> 1. Preliminary design (Program 896) $ 104,834 <br /> 2. Engineering design (Program 897) 354,770 <br /> 3. Right-of-way (Program 897) 100,000 <br /> 4. Construction (Program 930) 5,937,380 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT COSTS $6,496,984 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> 1. Fund 120 $ 104,834 <br /> 2. Fund 301 113,550 <br /> 3. Port of Everett 4,378,600 <br /> 4. State of Washington 1,900,000 <br /> TOTAL SOURCE OF FUNDS $6,496,984 <br /> SECTION 5: <br /> The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to obtain <br /> interim financing which may be in any form permitted by law. Interim <br /> financing liabilities shall be paid by the Treasurer as soon as permanent <br /> financing monies, from sources as describe elsewhere in this ordinance, are <br /> received. <br /> SECTION 6: Severability. <br /> If any provision of this ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid <br /> by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively presumed <br /> that this ordinance would have been enacted without the provision so held <br /> unconstitutional or invalid and the remainder of this ordinance shall not be <br /> affected as a result of said part being held unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> -2- <br />
