ORDINANCE NO. 1820-91 EYE?ETT <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass an area located west of Holly Drive between <br /> 96th Street SW and Sharon Drive. <br /> REZONE # 3-91 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on July 2, 1991, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said <br /> property should be zoned R-3-L, Multiple Family Low Density. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution No. 3422. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> All that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 28 <br /> North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the <br /> Southwest quarter; THENCE, South 00-16-40 East a distance of 20 <br /> feet; THENCE, North 89-04-20 East a distance of 2,063.48 feet to <br />
