THENCE, North 00-16-40 West a distance of 368 feet; THENCE, South 37-35-37 East to intersect a line parallel to and 200 feet Northwest of said Westerly right of way of Holly Drive; THENCE, North 45-05-00 East along said parallel line a distance of 259.83 feet; THENCE, South 44-55-00 East a distance of 200 feet to intersect the Westerly right of way line of Holly Drive; THENCE, South 45-05-00 West along said right of way line a distance of 510 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Section 3: Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" is a map which identifies the area zoned in Section 2 herein.
