proportionate ownership interests in the Lessor's interests under <br /> the Lease to the Lease Payments (the "Certificates") . <br /> The Registered Owner is entitled to receive, subject to the <br /> terms of the Lease, on the Maturity Date specified above, the <br /> Principal Sum of Lease Payments specified above, representing a <br /> portion of the principal amount of the Lease Payments owing under <br /> the Lease, and to receive interest on such principal amount from <br /> the date hereof, or the most recent date to which interest has been <br /> paid or duly provided for, at the Interest Rate specified above, <br /> payable on , and semiannually thereafter on each <br /> and thereafter, to and including the <br /> Maturity Date specified above. <br /> All amounts payable hereunder are payable in lawful money of <br /> the United States of America. The principal component of Lease <br /> Payments payable under this Certificate shall be payable upon <br /> presentation and surrender of this Certificate at the principal <br /> office of the Trustee in Seattle, Washington. Interest payable <br /> under this Certificate is payable by check or draft mailed by <br /> first-class mail on the date such interest is due by the Trustee <br /> to the Registered Owner of this Certificate at the address <br /> appearing on the records maintained by the Trustee as of the 15th <br /> day of the month preceding the interest payment date. <br /> The Lease Payments are limited tax general obligations of the <br /> City. The full faith, credit and resources of the City are pledged <br /> irrevocably by the City under the Lease for the payment of <br /> principal and interest of the Lease Payments. The City has pledged <br /> under the Lease to budget and appropriate from revenues available <br /> without a vote of the City's electors, amounts sufficient, together <br /> with other money legally available therefor, to pay the principal <br /> and interest of said Lease Payments when due. <br /> This Certificate is transferable only on the records main- <br /> tained by the Registrar for that purpose upon the surrender of this <br /> Certificate by the Registered Owner and only if endorsed in the <br /> manner provided hereon, and thereupon a new fully registered <br /> certificate shall be issued to the transferee in exchange therefor. <br /> ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS OF THIS CERTIFICATE APPEAR ON THE <br /> REVERSE SIDE HEREOF; SUCH PROVISIONS HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS IF <br /> THEY WERE PRINTED HEREIN. <br /> THIS CERTIFICATE SHALL NOT BE VALID UNLESS PROPERLY AUTHENTI- <br /> CATED BY THE TRUSTEE IN THE SPACE INDICATED BELOW. <br /> -27- D0T437 91/09/24 <br />
