Nothing herein contained shall confer any right upon any person other than the parties hereto and the Owners of the Certificates. Section 11. 03 . Illegal, Etc. Provisions Disregarded. In case any provision in this Agreement or the Certificates shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal or unenforceablein any respect, this Agreement shall be construed as if such provision had never been contained herein.
