ARTICLE 1 -AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement is entered into by the City of Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"City," and Amalgamated Transit Union, Division No. 883, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a working understanding between the City of <br />Everett and its employees who are members of the Amalgamated Transit Union bargaining unit, <br />through their duly accredited representatives, affecting wages, hours and working conditions, <br />and to establish a means of settling any and all grievances, disputes and controversies arising <br />between the City of Everett and Amalgamated Transit Union Division No. 883 members, and <br />pursuant to said purpose the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1 <br />
