Section 5: <br />Employees who work on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day will get one-half time premium in <br />addition to their other rate of pay. <br />Section 6: <br />All employees who are on suspension or on unpaid leave shall not receive holiday pay or <br />vacation accrual as set forth in Sections 3 or 4 herein. <br />Section 7: <br />Any employee working on a holiday may elect to receive overtime hours credited to his/her <br />vacation accrual in place of the time -and -one-half normally paid for work performed, upon <br />written request prior to each holiday. <br />I <br />
