CITY OUTDOOR ADVERTISING LEASE AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into on March 16, 2017 by Parker Outdoor, Inc. ("Parker") and City of Everett- Everett Transit("Advertiser").The parties hereby agree as follows: 1.) Purpose. Parker is engaged in the business of leasing advertising space on billboard type signs. Advertiser wishes to lease advertising space from Parker. 2.) Term. This agreement shall run for 6 months, beginning on April 1, 2017 and ending September 30, 2017. 3.) Advertising Space. Advertiser hereby leases advertising space on sign(s): Sign#E-2 West face at 3104 Hill St @ Pacific, Everett, WA. The dimensions of the space leased are a 12' x 24' Poster. Space leased is$850.00 per month. 4.) Advertising Content.The Content of all advertisements place on the sign described in paragraph 3 shall be tasteful, clear and concise. Parker shall have the final say as to whether advertisements meet the requirements of this paragraph. 5.) Payment. 5.1 Cost of Lease. The total cost of the advertising space leased hereunder is$5,100.00. Cost of lease does not include the cost of production. 5.2 Monthly Payment. Lease payments in the amount of$850.00 shall be paid on the 1st of each month beginning April 2017. If paid after the 10th of the month, there will be a 5% late fee assessed to the past due amount. Notwithstanding Parker's cancellation of this Agreement,Advertiser shall remain liable for all outstanding payments, and further agrees to pay all collection costs incurred by Parker as a result of Advertiser's failure to make payment. 5.3 Failure to Make Payment. In the event any payment due hereunder is more than 30 days late, Parker may cancel this Agreement and lease the advertising space described above to a third party. Advertiser further agrees to pay all collection costs incurred by Parker as a result of Advertiser's failure to make payment due per Agreement. 'Ds (please initial) Page 1 of 4
