6.) Sign Production. 6.1 Cost. Advertiser will pay cost of production at$700.00 for each sign, $600.00 for each sign if Advertiser provides art file, plus shipping and tax. Parker will provide graphic design for Advertiser, up to 2 hours. Thereafter, Parker will charge$100.00 per hour for design work. Production costs shall be paid by check or credit card at contract signing. 6.2. Extensions. Sign copy extensions are available at an additional cost of$14.00 per sq. ft., which includes materials and installation of the extension(s) at the time of first installation. Extensions refer to ad designs outside the normal perimeter of the sign. 6.3 Ad Copy Provided by Advertiser. The artwork deadline is 7 days from the date of said Lease. This must provide in either a PDF or JPEG file to half scale in inches, 300 dpi or better. The lease start date will not be adjusted if client fails to meet the artwork deadline and rent will be due Parker according to the date in Section 5.2. This allows enough time for the sign to be produced and installed to meet the start date on the Lease. 6.4 Ad Copy Provided by Parker. The deadline for Advertiser providing Parker with logos, company info and ad content is 3 days from the date of said Lease. The final ad design deadline is 7 days from date of said Lease. The lease start date will not be adjusted if client fails to meet the artwork deadline and rent will be due Parker according to the date in Section 5.2. This allows enough time for the sign to be produced and installed to meet the start date on the Lease. 6.5 Installation. There will be No Charge for Installation. For Poster size and 12' x 24' sign installations,there shall be a charge of$200.00 per installation plus tax after the first install. For larger signs, there will be a charge of$400.00 per installation plus tax after the first install. 7.) Lighting. This sign shall have lights illuminated from: Sign#E-2—Dusk to Dawn 8.) Parker's Responsibilities. Parker shall maintain the signs and sign structures in good condition over the term of this Agreement.Advertiser will promptly notify Parker of any problems regarding the integrity of the sign or sign structure(s). In the case of a sign structure that is destroyed by fire, vandalism, wind or other cause, Parker will extend the term of this Agreement for the length of time the sign is down. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be provided. 9.) Sign Removal. If the sign(s) must be removed by order of the city, county, or other governing body before the expiration of this Agreement, this Agreement shall become null and void as the day the sign(s) are removed and Parker shall refund payment on a prorated basis.
