The solicitation is a two step process. Proposals will be submitted,reviewed,evaluated,and ranked by the evaluation committee. A Short List,consisting of not more than three firms,will then be selected to partake in Final Submittals and Interviews. 4.2 Communications with the City of Everett All communications from Developers regarding this RFP must be directed to the City's RFP Coordinator. Unauthorized contact regarding the RFP with other City of Everett employees or City officials may result in disqualification.
