1 <br /> Upon selection, Short Listed firms will be provided additional details about the interview <br /> and given the opportunity to preview the interview venue. <br /> 7.0 PROPOSAL EVALUATION <br /> The City's Evaluation Committee will review,evaluate,score,and rank submitted proposals <br /> based on the City's goals for the project. <br /> 1. The generation of critical mass in the station area. <br /> 2. The creation of urban amenities. <br /> 3. A project that reflects high quality design and construction. <br /> 4. A project that delivers on transit oriented development principles. <br /> 5. Project delivery by an experienced and capable development team. <br /> 6. Finding creative solutions for the retention of 242 parking stalls on the property <br /> for transit and non-transit public parking purposes. <br /> 7. Receipt of fair market value for its property. <br /> 8. No additional capital investment by the City. <br /> Scoring <br /> Proposals will be scored on both a maximum points earned and pass/fail basis,according to the <br /> schedule shown in the table below. The selection committee will determine and select the <br /> highest ranked Proposal.
