The Amendment does not include changes to cost or <br /> scope of work. <br /> The Professional Services Agreement to be amended provides for an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and report <br /> for the electrical systems at the Water Pollution Control Facility. The Arc Flash Study will identify risks <br /> associated with electrical work and identify required personal protective equipment in accordance with the <br /> Arc Flash Hazard Analysis requirements in National Fire Protection Association 70E. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 with Casne Engineering,Inc. to Perform an Arc Flash Study <br /> at the Water Pollution Control Facility at no additional cost. <br /> 141 <br />
