1 - <br /> AMENDMENT NO.1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> CASNE ENGINEERING,INC. <br /> The City and Casne Engineering,Inc agree to amend and modify their professional services <br /> agreement dated October 31,2011 (the"Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, Casne Engineering,Inc and the City entered into an Agreement dated October 31, <br /> 2011 to perform an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and report for the electrical systems at the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility; and <br /> WHEREAS,work is not yet complete on the Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and the Agreement is <br /> likely to expire prior to completion of the work;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City and Casne Engineering agree to amend their Agreement to extend the time <br /> for completion from March 1,2012 to August 1, 2012; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Casne Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and <br /> modify the previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 is modified to read as follows: <br /> This Agreement shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement <br /> and shall be completed by August 1,2012. <br /> 2. The effective date of this Amendment is 3- /-24/•Z <br /> 3.
