<br /> PROJECT BUDGET AND SCHEDULE
<br /> This project budget represents our knowledge of the work already completed, best understanding of the
<br /> requested project elements, and accompanying assumptions. We are in a position to begin after
<br /> receiving your authorization to proceed. We propose to complete our services on a time-and-expense
<br /> basis in accordance with the attached Schedule of Charges. For the scope of services described above,
<br /> we estimate that our fee will be not exceed $165,000. This budget estimate is made based on the scope
<br /> of services and expected deliverable schedule broken out per task below in Table 1.
