Workloads: <br /> 1. Historical Volume of Work: What has been your firm's actual annual <br /> construction revenue (in dollars) for the past five years (2007 through <br /> 2011)? What percentage of the revenue is water/wastewater treatment <br /> plant related? <br /> 2. Recent and Current Workload: How many wastewater treatment plant <br /> projects is the firm currently doing? Comment on your firm's ability to <br /> appropriately staff concurrent projects. <br /> 3. Anticipated Volume: What is the anticipated construction revenue and <br /> plan for the next 4 years (2012 through 2015)? How would your firm's <br /> projected workload affect the capacity and capability of your firm to <br /> manage and perform the work of this Project? What steps would your <br /> firm take and what commitments would your firm make to ensure that <br /> adequate resources are applied to this Project? <br /> D. Bonding Capacity: Describe the firm's current bonding capacity and <br /> address the ability of the firm to provide separate Payment and Performance <br /> bonds for this Project, each in the amount of 100% of the Total Contract Cost. <br /> Include a signed letter, in a form acceptable to the City, from your bonding <br /> agent committing to bond your firm for this project in the event your firm is <br /> selected. The letter should also include contact information for your bonding <br /> agent. The bonding company (surety) must be registered with the <br /> Washington State Insurance Commissioner, appear on the current Authorized <br /> Insurance List in the State of Washington published by the Office of the <br /> Insurance Commissioner, have a current rating of at least A-VII in A.M. Best's <br /> Key Rating Guide, and be included in the U.S. Department of the Treasury's <br /> Listing of Approved Sureties (Circular 570).
