If applicable, the copy of the joint venture agreement shall <br /> not be included in this page count limitation. <br /> A. Organization: <br /> 1. History.and Structure of Firm: Provide a brief description of the history <br /> and structure of the firm including, but not limited to the following: the <br /> date it was established, any former name(s), type of ownership or legal <br /> structure, state of incorporation, Proposer's Federal Tax ID number. <br /> 2. Organizational Structure: Describe the organizational structure of the <br /> firm, and whether the firm is a corporation, joint venture, or other legal <br /> entity. Identify how the organizational structure will result in an <br /> integrated and cohesive team for managing the project. <br /> 3. Joint Ventures: If the firm is a joint venture, describe the component <br /> parts and identify projects where the joint venture partners have had <br /> experience working together in the past in managing projects similar in <br /> size, scope, and complexity to this Project. Describe the specific <br /> responsibilities of each member of the joint venture. The Proposer <br /> should specify the degree of control each member of the Joint Venture <br /> will exercise, the distribution of profit and loss, and identification of <br /> work responsibilities each member will exercise. Include a copy of the <br /> joint venture agreement as part of the Proposal. <br /> B. Management: <br /> 1. Capabilities and Approach: Describe the capabilities and approach of <br /> your firm in managing, performing, and completing large and complex <br /> projects in Washington State or other states, such as that described in <br /> this RFP. The description should address your firm's experience with <br /> facilitating cooperation with other members of the project team and <br /> third-party interests, and responsiveness to owner's requests. <br /> 2. Management and Planning Tools: Describe the management and <br /> planning tools your firm will use to ensure an effective project. <br /> 3.
