Discuss the impact of other potential projects on <br /> the availability of the key primary and backup personnel identified for this <br /> Project. <br /> 1. Note: If selected, Proposer acknowledges that it will provide for the <br /> duration of the Project, the full primary complement of staff, including <br /> the key persons identified in its proposal. Proposer must receive <br /> written permission from the Owner to substitute any key personnel, as <br /> detailed in the Preconstruction and Construction Contracts. <br /> If the Proposer fails to provide either the key primary or backup <br /> personnel for preconstruction or construction services, the City <br /> reserves the right to not sign a Preconstruction or Construction <br /> Contract with the Proposer and instead go to the next highest scored <br /> firm. <br /> Evaluation Criterion 3 Past Experience and Performance of the 100 points <br /> Proposer <br /> Note: Information submitted in response to this Evaluation Criterion should be no <br /> longer than six (6) pages. <br /> A. List of Similar and/or Complex Projects: Provide a list of relevant <br /> negotiated and complex projects. Experience with Washington State GC/CM <br /> projects is desirable, but not required. Experience using similar alternative <br /> delivery approaches is acceptable, providing the Proposer clearly <br /> demonstrates how this experience is relevant. Preference will be given to <br /> wastewater treatment plant projects (particularly utilizing alternative delivery <br /> methods) over Washington State GC/CM projects not involving wastewater <br /> treatment facilities. For projects outside of Washington using similar <br /> alternative delivery, such as CM/GC or CM@Risk, the proposers should <br /> describe the specific terms of how these projects are similar to the GC/CM <br /> process. For each project, include the project name, owner's name, the initial <br /> project cost, and the final Total Contract Cost. <br /> 1.
