Specifically, discuss challenges that may arise related to <br /> sequential or phased development of the project for both the <br /> Liquid and Solids Handling. <br /> b. Specifically address the following issues for Phase Cl: <br /> i. Limited site area for trailers and lay down. <br /> ii. Schedule removal of surcharge material to minimize <br /> impacts to plant. <br /> iii. Sheeting/Shoring/Dewatering for Secondary Clarifier <br /> No. 3. <br /> iv. Sheeting/Shoring/Dewatering for Solids Contact <br /> Basin. <br /> v. Maintaining existing Trickling Filter/Solids Contact <br /> (TFSC) process during the constructing of the Solids <br /> Contact Basin addition and Secondary Clarifier No. 3. <br /> vi. Install stone columns adjacent to river. <br /> vii. Schedule electrical "tie ins" to minimize impacts to <br /> operation of existing plant. <br /> viii. Maintain disinfection in Chlorine Contact Tank when <br /> installing new C-3 Water System. <br /> ix. Maintain operation of odor treatment while making <br /> modifications to Biofilter system. <br /> c. Specifically address the following issues for Phase C2: <br /> i. Limited site area for trailers and lay down. <br /> ii. Sheeting/Shoring/Dewatering for Digester Control - <br /> Building and Anaerobic Digester No. 1. <br /> iii. Minimize impacts to plant operations when making <br /> "tie-ins" to sludge piping in existing plant. <br /> iv.
