Non-Residential Uses. Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Table 34-1 in <br /> Chapter 34 of the zoning code. <br /> B. Residential Uses. Multifamily residential developments inside the Mixed Use Overlay <br /> (MUO) shall provide a minimum of one parking space per dwelling unit. All other <br /> residential uses shall provide off-street parking as required by Table 34-1. <br /> 31B.050 Design standards: street improvements,streetscape amenities and street trees. <br /> A. On designated side streets (see Section 31B.010.D) and along <br /> Evergreen Way,the sidewalk must be at least 12 feet wide,with street tree pits as <br /> required by subsection C of this section. Sidewalk sections along Evergreen Way not <br /> adjacent to a transit stop and more than 100 feet from a designated side street right-of- <br /> way may provide an 8-foot sidewalk with a 4-foot planter strip in lieu of a 12-foot-wide <br /> sidewalk. Sidewalk sections on side streets without adjacent off-street parking or transit <br /> stops, and other streets within or adjacent to E-1 zoned properties may provide an 8-foot <br /> sidewalk with a 4-foot-wide planting strip in lieu of a 12-foot wide sidewalk. <br /> 20 <br /> 102 <br />
