Monument signs are the only <br /> type of permanent freestanding sign allowed in the MUO. Free-standing(monument) signs in the MUO must not be taller than 6 feet above grade. <br /> 2. Additional <br /> monument signs are permitted on a property with multiple driveways provided signs are <br /> at least 200 feet apart. <br /> 4. Monument signs for individual businesses are encouraged to include the street address <br /> number. <br /> 5. Materials and design. Monument signs shall utilize materials and architectural design <br /> elements that are consistent with the architecture of the buildings. The materials and <br /> design features must be a prominent visual element of the overall sign. <br /> 6.
