WHEREAS thepurpose of this contract amendment is to extend the period of contract performance; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, or attached and incorporated and made a part hereof, the Department and Contractor agree as follows: Section 5, Term, is amended, in part, as follows: - • This agreement shall take effect upon execution and shall continue in effect until ((May 31, 2:41-2)) May 31, 2013. Such term may be extended by the mutual agreement of the parties hereto for up to two (2) one year periods.
