I can pick from the pool of candidates running on the <br /> General Election and have council vote? <br /> 2. I can take nominations from Council, conduct interviews <br /> and have them vote? <br /> 3. Do a full process as we did with Council member <br /> Anderson and Council member Campbell's seat became <br /> vacant? <br /> I have chosen to go with options 2 and 3. <br /> Beginning today, public notice will be provided seeking letters of <br /> interests and resumes from qualified Everett residents interested <br /> in applying for this position. The letter of interest and resume, <br /> confirming their qualifications and explaining why they would like <br /> to be appointed, are to be submitted to the City Clerk's Office no <br /> later than Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 10 a.m. This is located at <br /> 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Everett 98201. <br /> Following that time, Council members will each be provided a <br /> complete set of these letters of interests and resumes to be <br /> reviewed independently. Then before 5 P.M. on Wednesday, May <br /> 30, each Councilmember will submit to me their selection of one <br />
