Amendment One integrated project artist work and exterior lighting design into the <br /> construction documentation. Amendment Two was a no-cost contract time extension through December 31, <br /> 2011. Amendment Three included work required as a result of the restart of the plaza project after a one year <br /> suspension in design preparation.Amendment Four added necessary design services to complete alley <br /> configuration, construction administration on an as-needed basis, and a no cost time extension to May 31, <br /> 2012. <br /> With award of the plaza construction project on March 28,2012,Amendment Five is a no-cost time <br /> extension to November 30,2012, for construction administration on an as needed basis. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment Five to the Professional Services Agreement with Nakano <br /> Associates for Design of the Downtown Plaza at the Everett Performing Arts Center. <br /> 95 <br />
