Amendment One integrated project artist work and exterior lighting design into the construction documentation. Amendment Two was a no-cost contract time extension through December 31, 2011. Amendment Three included work required as a result of the restart of the plaza project after a one year suspension in design preparation.Amendment Four added necessary design services to complete alley configuration, construction administration on an as-needed basis, and a no cost time extension to May 31, 2012. With award of the plaza construction project on March 28,2012,Amendment Five is a no-cost time extension to November 30,2012, for construction administration on an as needed basis. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment Five to the Professional Services Agreement with Nakano Associates for Design of the Downtown Plaza at the Everett Performing Arts Center. 95
