1 <br /> • <br /> Task 4— Work with the City, Contractor, and Engineer through the <br /> Construction Period [PROPOSED] <br /> The services required during construction will depend on the results of Task 3, the specific <br /> GC/CM contractor selected, and other factors which will not be known until well into the <br /> preconstruction phase. The following proposed tasks and subtasks identify the general nature of <br /> this work but will need to be modified as appropriate prior to commencement of construction <br /> services. No budget has been established for Task 4. The scope and budget for Task 4 will be <br /> negotiated in a separate amendment. <br /> Subtask 4.1 —Project Management <br /> • SAIC will conduct activities related to the management, administration and coordination <br /> of Owner's Advisor activities for this contract including: <br /> — Regular communication with the City's Project Manager <br /> — Administration of the contract including preparation of monthly status reports and <br /> invoices <br /> — Review and coordination of work by subconsultants <br /> • SAIC will provide timely communication with the City Project Manager on the status of <br /> and issues affecting the scope, schedule, and budget of this Professional Services <br /> Agreement. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly status reports accompanying invoices which will summarize work completed <br /> during invoice period, and other issues of note. <br /> Subtask 4.2—GC/CM Construction Progress Meetings <br /> • SAIC will attend on-site construction progress meetings once per quarter to stay current on <br /> project issues. <br /> City to Provide <br /> • None <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Comments on items discussed at meetings or observed at project site, as appropriate. <br /> Subtask 4.3—Assist with GCICM Subcontracting for Construction <br /> • SAIC will review subcontract bid packages prepared by the GC/CM. <br /> • For subcontract work that the GC/CM proposes to perform, SAIC will assist with bid <br /> advertising and review of the proposals received. <br /> File: 001581 I 9651100046 March 28,2012 Page 17 of 19 <br /> • <br /> 20 <br />
