1 • Task 4— Work with the City, Contractor, and Engineer through the Construction Period [PROPOSED] The services required during construction will depend on the results of Task 3, the specific GC/CM contractor selected, and other factors which will not be known until well into the preconstruction phase. The following proposed tasks and subtasks identify the general nature of this work but will need to be modified as appropriate prior to commencement of construction services. No budget has been established for Task 4. The scope and budget for Task 4 will be negotiated in a separate amendment. Subtask 4.1 —Project Management • SAIC will conduct activities related to the management, administration and coordination of Owner's Advisor activities for this contract including: — Regular communication with the City's Project Manager — Administration of the contract including preparation of monthly status reports and invoices — Review and coordination of work by subconsultants • SAIC will provide timely communication with the City Project Manager on the status of and issues affecting the scope, schedule, and budget of this Professional Services Agreement. Deliverables: • Monthly status reports accompanying invoices which will summarize work completed during invoice period, and other issues of note. Subtask 4.2—GC/CM Construction Progress Meetings • SAIC will attend on-site construction progress meetings once per quarter to stay current on project issues. City to Provide • None Deliverables • Comments on items discussed at meetings or observed at project site, as appropriate. Subtask 4.3—Assist with GCICM Subcontracting for Construction • SAIC will review subcontract bid packages prepared by the GC/CM. • For subcontract work that the GC/CM proposes to perform, SAIC will assist with bid advertising and review of the proposals received.
