A/B 1502-026 <br /> We are responding to permit application comments dated March 10, 2015 and addressed to Robert <br /> Guymer of Foushee,Inc.The following outline provides each of the City comments in italics along with a <br /> narrative response describing how each comment is addressed.Modifications to the drawings are clouded. <br /> Buildins0enartment <br /> 1. The plans should include the method of compliance and detailing necessary to conform with the <br /> envelope requirements of the Washington State Energy code. <br /> Response: Energy forms are attached. <br /> 2. IBC 1104.4 requires an accessible route to the east mezzanine. <br /> Response: An elevator is added to the mezzanine. See sheets A2.2, A2.5, and A2.6. <br /> 3. The plans should include the requirements for posting the allowable live load for the mezzanines <br /> in accordance with IBC 106.1. <br /> Response: A note is added to the general notes on T1.1. <br /> Planning Department <br /> 1. Signed-off. No comments per Gerry Ervine,Land Use Manager. <br /> Note that as part of the coordination with pending tenant improvements there have been changes to the <br /> shell drawings since the permit submittal.When the coordination is complete the drawings will be <br /> resubmitted for review will all the owner-initiated changes clouded. <br /> Please review and approve the above at your earliest convenience.
