Based on the recent grading work involving the property's frontage on Glenwood <br /> and review and approval of a landscaping plan for perimeter treatment of the BSP property (via <br /> separate letter),the City agrees to modify the requirement for an 8' sidewalk. <br /> Item 4112 of the Planned Action Determination is hereby modified as follows(changes in bold and <br /> highlighted): <br /> Construction of a frontage sidewalk along Glenwood Avenue is required. The sidewalk shall be a <br /> minimum of 7'in width and located adjacent to the existing curb line. It shall extend from the <br /> end of the existing sidewalk south of the Fire Station southward along the full length of the <br /> Glenwood Ave frontage along proposer/tract 996. the sidewalk shall provide at leost.V of <br /> clearance around the existing utility poles or any other existing obstructions.
