But the designation and zoning were never changed to reflect its residential use. <br /> The proposal is to amend the Comprehensive Plan map on the west portion of the property from 1.2 (Single <br /> • <br /> Family)to 1.6(Multiple Family),and to change the zoning from M-2 (Heavy Industrial)to R-3 (Multiple <br /> Family).
