There's also a separate page that educates people about CSO's and yet <br /> another page that shows real time monitoring of when CSO's occur(people can bookmark this <br /> Page)• <br /> Combined sewer systems collect sanitary sewer and storm water in the same pipe. These were <br /> constructed 100 years ago. During heavy rains the system capacity is exceeded and overflows <br /> occur to Port Gardner Bay.
