However minor this one action may seem, it is taken in support of the Growth <br /> Management Act(efficient, affordable provision of public infrastructure) which works to contain <br /> population growth in areas where urban services can be effectively provided. <br /> 5. Should the proposed land use designation be applied to other properties in the vicinity?
