�7 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br /> The City of Everett and ICF Jones& Stokes,Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional services <br /> agreement dated January 11,2010(the"Agreement")as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, ICF Jones& Stokes,Inc. and the City entered into an agreement dated January 11,2010 to <br /> provide Intertidal Monitoring services for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration project; and <br /> WHEREAS, City of Everett needs assistance for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the total amount of compensation of$142,405 stated in the agreement is insufficient for the <br /> additional work and an additional$19,955 of contract value is needed to perforin the additional work for a <br /> total of$162,360; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. agree to amend and modify the <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The additional work as described in Attachment 1 is added to the Scope of Work described in <br /> Exhibit A of the agreement. <br /> 2. Paragraph 4(D)of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> Total compensation,including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of <br /> One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand and Four Hundred Dollars($162,360). <br /> 3.
