Three dike breaches were completed in October 2007 <br /> allowing tidal waters to enter the restoration site. ICF Jones and Stokes will provide the monitoring services <br /> for the restoration site as required during the permitting of the project. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with ICF Jones and Stokes includes data analysis and renegotiation of performance <br /> standards for the mitigation credits. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with ICF Jones and <br /> Stokes for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration Site Monitoring Services in the amount of$19, 955. <br /> 251 <br />
