AMR,whose contract <br /> was terminated on June 15,2012,provided mobile concessions in parks located north of 41st Street. The <br /> Parks Department recommends that Fun Times Ice Cream provide mobile concession services to City parks <br /> north of 41St Street. Fun Times Ice Cream will increase its annual payment from$4,040 to $4,190. <br /> The Director of the Parks and Recreation Department may amend the yearly total and monthly' <br /> payment amounts due under the remaining term of the Agreement by letter agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment One to the agreement with Fun Times Ice Cream to use city property <br /> for mobile concession services. <br /> 291 <br />
