In the meantime,the City c n complete the analysis, and begin review <br /> of redevelopment potential along that part of the corridor With the adoption of the Downtown Plan in <br /> 2006,the City removed the off street parking requireme s for non-residential uses which encouraged <br /> the reuse of buildings in downtown core. Mr. Giffen ask d Commissioners to agree to initiate <br /> consideration of the code amendment.
