The property is located north of the Claremont shopping center at 4629 Evergreen Way. The subject 2,500 square foot property has historically been the site of a single family home,but over time the property has been reduced in size by successive widening of Evergreen Way over many years. City Council has been provided a staff report,correspondence and Planning Commission Minutes. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Adopt an Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan map from 1.2 (Single Family)to 4.4 (Mixed Use Commercial) and rezoning the property located at 4629 Evergreen Way from R-1 (Single Family)to E-1 (Evergreen Way Zone)amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, and Ordinance No. 1671-89,as amended. 63
