3. Specify connection of guardrails to the deck structure. Guardrails shall be capable of <br /> resisting a single concentrated load (200 pounds) applied in any direction at any point <br /> along the top. <br /> 4. Specify blocking size and location for guard attachment. Show how blocking is attached <br /> to the deck structure in both the parallel and perpendicular conditions.
