The City will reimburse the Contractor for <br /> the system as a Direct Cost. <br /> Scope of Work, The Contractor shall provide to Parks ,.: • - - :- ::, .:----- : :. :,-: monthly <br /> Section C.3.c inventory reports thereafter,the objective of which is to keep shrinkage of <br /> merchandise to less than one(1)percent. If the City deems the merchandise <br /> shrinkage rate to be unacceptable,the City and Contractor shall discuss the situation. <br /> The City may require the Contractor to develop and implement an action plan to <br /> reduce merchandise shrinkage. <br /> Scope of Work, Contractor shall conduct four times during each calendar yearquartcrly,or as <br /> Section C.11.e otherwise directed by the City,secret shopper surveys to identify, in part,the <br /> strengths,weaknesses and corrective courses of action needed to improve Contractor <br /> customer relations. <br /> Scope of Work, Contractor shall conduct bi-ennival(i.e.every two years)customer satisfaction <br /> Section C.11.f surveys,starting in 201288,using the National Golf Foundation(NGF)Golfer <br /> Satisfaction Survey system,present survey findings to Parks with operational <br /> improvement recommendations as appropriate. The frequency of the surveys may be <br /> increased upon agreement between Parks and the Contractor. <br /> Scope of Work, Employ a food and beverage manager to oversee operations at eaehboth golf courses <br /> Section D.2.a and employ a food and beverage assistant manager at one golf course.
