9 <br /> • At a special CAD and Survey Coordination meeting (Task 601)the City will furnish detailed <br /> information about AutoCAD standards for the drawings and base mapping. Electronic map <br /> files will be developed in the AutoCAD 2008 Land Desktop Civil 3D format. The files will be <br /> exported to a LandXML file for exchange to Consultant and the City. The files will be written <br /> to a CDROM. <br /> Aerial Mapping. Produce aerial mapping of the Mapping Boundary from the latest(2011 /2012) <br /> aerial survey available from the City. <br /> Residential Basement Survey. The City has previously contracted with Consultant to establish <br /> a finished basement or lowest floor elevation for certain residences in the project area. Contact <br /> property owners to arrange access and provide basement surveys for up to 10 additional <br /> properties for which basement elevations are desired. A budget allocation of$4,500 has been <br /> provided under Task 602, and may be used only under written authorization by the City. <br /> Potholing. Provide coordination and base map locations for up to 12 pothole locations. A <br /> budget allocation of$5,000 has been provided under Task 602, and may be used only under <br /> written authorization by the City. <br /> • Contract with APS for potholing services <br /> • Field survey of pothole locations and elevations of utilities/structures uncovered <br /> • Update Survey Base map with pothole locations <br /> • Repair potholes to City standards <br /> Meetings. Attend up to two 1-hour meetings with the City to discuss survey issues. These <br /> meetings plus the CAD and Survey Coordination meeting will be covered under the budget for <br /> Task 601. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Alignment and rim/invert elevation information for sewer structures. <br /> 2. Base mapping as specified. <br /> 3. Aerial map of the Mapping Boundary. <br /> 4. Provide two CD's containing electronic copies of surveys produced in AutoCAD 2008 <br /> using City of Everett standards. <br /> 5. Electronic and hardcopy of monument and benchmark documentation. <br /> 6. Four Survey Control Sheets, deliverable at 30% design delivery point, and updated <br /> as needed through final submittal. <br /> 7. Pothole information, when services are requested. <br /> 8. One electronic and one hardcopy of Survey and Mapping Notebook containing <br /> structure attributes. <br /> 9.
