• <br /> 2 <br /> o Survey Control Points <br /> o Copies of City-furnished field books used <br /> Note: Provide other useful information, such as summaries of data and photos relating to <br /> existing structures (manholes, etc.) <br /> • Report apparent discrepancies or anomalies in information to the City for resolution. <br /> Additional work required to resolve incorrect information will be covered under Task 1100. <br /> This task will also require setting up an AutoCad Template and Description key file in order to <br /> efficiently process survey data in City of Everett Standards. <br /> Base Mapping. Provide base mapping utilizing current City Datum for detail design, including: <br /> • Locations of all public and private utilities, buried and overhead. <br /> o Coordinate with a private utility locate service for the underground utility services. <br /> The locate service will paint and mark the location of the utilities. Utility locates will <br /> be indentified as "center of structure" or"center of line". Field survey location of <br /> painted locations. <br /> o Provide measure-down and rim elevations for water line valves within the Mapping <br /> Boundary. <br /> o Compare to record research to reconcile gaps, overlaps or confusion. <br /> o Identify side sewer locations (and elevations, if available) using side sewer data from <br /> City records, supplemented with summary tables of side sewer stationing as <br /> provided by the Consultant from the CCTV inspections conducted previously for the <br /> Sewer"M" Project. <br /> O Topographic survey of right-of-way(ROW) corridors, including alleys, within the Mapping <br /> Boundary. Include all ground features, such as driveway cuts, trees, lane markings, walls, <br /> sidewalks, curbs, structures, utility poles, etc.). Attempt to obtain two point elevations at <br /> building corners of the nearest face of structures with which a pavement tie-in will need to <br /> be made from the alley. <br /> • Consolidate utilities and topographic ground survey with aerial mapping into one AutoCAD <br /> file. <br /> • Provide ROW and property lines per available records and found monumentation. Title <br /> reports will not be used as part of this task. <br /> • Show only existing easements that may be identified on City-supplied GIS-based mapping <br /> provided by the City. Easement research in not anticipated as part of this task. <br /> • Vertical and Horizontal control will be based on the adopted City of Everett Standards and <br /> map projection. Show TBMs for horizontal and vertical control from field survey work <br /> described above. <br /> • The existing city street monuments will be referenced for future relocations based on <br /> construction disturbance. Provide monument preservation in accordance with WAC Chapter <br /> 332-120 "Monument Removal or Destruction". Document monuments and benchmarks in <br /> Survey and Mapping Notebook. <br /> O Prepare Survey Control Plans for the project areas (four sheets are anticipated) containing <br /> project data, overall survey control data, project horizontal and vertical control, and <br /> construction stationing on centerline of alignment, both in tabular and graphic form. Control <br /> sheets shall incorporate City of Everett requirements for survey control on City projects. <br /> Survey Control Plans are to be prepared and sealed by the project surveyor. <br /> • Mapping will be performed at a one-foot contour interval.
