Sharanjeet Motel Inc., Respondent, is the owner of record of the property at 1115 <br /> North Broadway, Everett, Washington (property). The property is in a Broadway <br /> Mixed Use (BMU) zone as established by the City of Everett. (Exhibit#5, <br /> Washington Secretary of State Corporations Division Registration Data dated <br /> November 13, 2013) (Exhibit #9, Snohomish County Assessors Record dated <br /> December 2, 2013 with structure information) (Exhibit#10, Go Sync Maps) <br /> 2. City of Everett Code Enforcement Officer (ECE) Cindy Keirsey conducted an <br /> inspection of the property on October 1, 2013, and again on November 7, 2013 and <br /> November 18, 2013 with the City of Everett Building and Electrical Inspectors. <br /> During these site visits she observed and photographed the following conditions: <br /> a. Including, damaged, decayed and deteriorated structural members including <br /> walls, windows, roof systems and perimeter support systems on the motel <br /> structures and smoke shop; violations of International Property Maintenance <br /> Code (IPMC) 304.1.1(2)(4)(7)(8). <br /> b. Including, plumbing systems leaking raw sewage, leaking drains, unsanitary <br /> fixtures, improper and unpermitted plumbing installations in the motel units; <br /> violations of IPMC 504.3. <br /> c. Including, unsafe electrical systems with overloaded circuits, ungrounded <br /> receptacles, damaged luminaries, concealed connections, improper and <br /> unpermitted installations in the motel units; violations of IPMC 604.3. <br /> d. with flexible extension cords being used in place of permanent wiring <br /> throughout the complex; violations of IMPC 605.4. <br /> e. with cooking and food preparation appliances in the motel units that were not <br /> designed or suitable for such uses; violations of IPMC 403.3. <br /> f. with missing and non working smoke alarms in the motel units; violations of <br /> IPMC 704.1 <br />
