PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: (7) CB 1508-20 — 2"d Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," Fund 303, Program 104 to accumulate all costs for the improvement. (3rd and final reading on 9-2-15) (8) CB 1508-21 — 2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2600-02, the Shoreline Master Program, as amended and amending the Everett Comprehensive Plan Text, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94 (Comprehensive Plan), as amended and amending Ordinance No 1671-89 (Title 19 EMC), as amended, related to location of Residential Uses at Waterfront Place Central. (3`d and final reading and public hearing on 9-2-15 ) CONSENT ITEMS: (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,556,755.18 for the period ending of August 8, 2015 through August 14, 2015. PUBLIC HEARING: (10) 2015.-2020 Everett Transit Development Plan and 2014 Annual Report. ACTION ITEMS: (11) Authorize the Mayor to sigh -the 2015-2016 Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for sex offender address and residency verification program services. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with CNJA Architects for the Fire Administration Complex — Building Improvement Project, to extend the completion date from July 21, 2015 to November 30, 2015, at no additional cost.
