I <br />J_)J <br />Client Responsibilities <br />1. Provide existing flow and operational data necessary to evaluate DS -0. <br />2. Provide access to the site and equipment. <br />3. Provide existing submittals, as -built documentation, and O&M information on existing <br />equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. <br />4. Provide record (as -built) documents, current operating control strategies and plant <br />monitoring data. <br />5. Provide appropriate O&M Staff to accompany the Design Team during the site visit. <br />6. Provide timely input on all deliverables and information requests from the Consultant. <br />Client reviews shall be completed within 3 -weeks. <br />7. Provide consolidated review comments on provided (or City) forms. <br />8. Provide desired input on features inside new and upgraded facilities. <br />9. Provide input on existing and desired facility/plant operation. <br />10. Provide mapping of the sediment depths within the oxidation pond. <br />Assumptions <br />1. Future flow data for the siphons will be based on long term model simulation using the <br />City's sewer model. <br />2. The treatment process will not be evaluated with regard to the changes in flows resulting <br />X <br />rom the construction of improvements at DS -0. <br />3. Up to one half-day of site visit time for four team members (Project Manager, Senior <br />Engineer, Project Engineer, and Electrical Engineer, including 1 hour of travel time and 1 <br />hour for preparation and summary report, for a total of 6 hours per team member. <br />4. Any new PLC and/or SCADA equipment will connect to the existi-ng plant -wide <br />PLC/SCADA system. <br />5. Client meetings will be 2 hours in length, and will include 1 hour of travel time and 1 hour <br />for preparation and meeting notes following the meeting for a total of 4 hours per <br />meeting. Meetings will be attended by up W4 consultant staff (Project Manager, Senior <br />Engineer, Project Engineer, and Electrical Engineer). <br />6. Unless otherwise determined the development of alternatives will assume that the <br />sediments in the bottom of the oxidation pond can not be disturbed and consequently <br />piping connections will need to be located below the operating water surface level but <br />above the sediments. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Meeting notes from meetings, PDF file via email. <br />2. Field investigation report (maximum of 4 pages), PDF files via email. <br />3.
