2 <br />ORDINANCE ISO. <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br />"Citywide Intersection Signing," Fund 303, Prograrn 105, to <br />accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic intersection safety program; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br />traffic intersection safety improvements; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />CPotinn 1 <br />A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 105, entitled <br />"City -vide Intersection Signing," to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br />Section 2: <br />Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br />Program 105, for the improvement project. <br />Section 3: <br />Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or "City Engineer," under <br />direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br />doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />Section 4: <br />The sum of $1,062,122 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 105, "Citywide <br />Intersection Signing," as follows: <br />A.
