It can be seen that the <br /> quarry spalls were placed directly around the tiebacks.This deviation was noted and brought to the <br /> attention of the Port by Dave Pischer of Landau in an email dated 4 February 2015. Elise indicated that <br /> the Contractor had been informed of this and they were planning on removing the rock directly around <br /> the tiebacks and backfilling around the tiebacks with structural fill. <br /> 1„1 3 <br />
