The fence is in the wrong location and must be removed or moved to the correct location and a small portion of the concrete pad must be removed. Where the concrete is removed,vegetation should be planted. The rain garden can remain in the buffer. The raingarden that was installed was designed to mitigate the impacts of the slab as it currently exists. I just spoke with Steve and he said he will recheck their documentation regarding the size and relationship of the slab to the required buffer&fence for this lot. But, she was also quite candid about the likelihood of his actually doing it. The slab is 23' too deep and we should be requiring him to remove it. Kevin 2
