I transported her <br /> there and placed her in the secure waiting area. <br /> While at the north precinct, Officer Wallace asked me to weigh and test the drugs found. I used a NIK test kit "U" to <br /> test the suspected meth, and a NIK test kit"L"to test the suspected heroin. Test kit "U"turns blue when positive <br /> for meth and test kit"L"turns green when positive for heroin. The large golf ball size baggie of white crystal <br /> substance weighed 12.90 grams in package and it tested positive for meth. The small baggie of white crystal <br /> substance weighed .74 grams in package and also tested positive for meth. There was a small baggie of the dark <br /> tar like substance that Officer Wallace had located on . That baggie weighed .49 grams <br /> in package. I noticed that it was wet and had water on it. I dried it off and weighed it again and it weighed .47 in <br /> package and tested positive for heroin. The larger bag of marijuana along with a smaller bag of marijuana weighed <br /> a combined 19.24 grams in packages. From my training and experience, the substance smelled like marijuana and <br /> appeared to be marijuana. I took photos of the drugs being weighed as well as the positive drug tests. <br /> I packed these items as well as the white pills found into white envelopes to be impounded as evidence. I <br /> downloaded all of the digital photos onto a CD and impounded the CD as evidence.
