• <br /> 9 <br /> Page l of 7-- <br /> DD — <br /> 2DD/.2— 32oz <br /> ®Everett Police Department <br /> X FOLLOW-UP REPORT ORIGINAL NARRATIVE <br /> INCIDENT CASE NUMBER <br /> VUCSA DD 12-3202 <br /> REPORT DATE: <br /> 2/19/12 <br /> ❑A ❑C DA ❑C DA ❑C DA ❑C ❑A ❑C ❑A ❑C <br /> INCIDENT RECLASSIFIED TO: DATE OF RECLASSIFICATION RELATED CASE NUMBER(S)IW.S.P.CONTROL NO <br /> On February 18, 2012 at approximately 1532 hours, I responded to the Best Inn at 1122 Broadway Ave, Everett, <br /> WA to assist Officer Wallace and Officer Pountain that had advised that they were out with 3 individuals regarding <br /> a reported substance abuse incident. <br /> I arrived and found that the officers were out with 4 individuals outside of room #112. Two females were <br /> handc re still sittin in a black Honda, WA license directly in front of room <br /> #112., and were the two females handcuffed and <br /> sitting in front of their room. I stood with as she sat handcuffed in a cushion chair on the sidewalk in front of <br /> room #112, as Officer Wallace spoke to the other individuals. Officer Wallace came and escorte nto the <br /> back of a patrol vehicle. A few moments later, Officer Wallace came back to the chair that as sitting in. <br /> Officer Wallace searched around in the cushions and I witnessed him find a roll of money that had stashed <br /> while she was sitting there handcuffed. I later asked how much money was in that roll that she left in the <br /> chair, and she said it was $700. <br /> Officer Wallace was able to get written consent from all parties involved to enter and search room#112. All three <br /> individuals that claimed to be staying in room#112 and that had signed consent to search, stood by at the front <br /> door as we performed our search of the room. I took digital photos of the room upon entering and photos of the <br /> items we found. <br /> We immediately noticed a black metal lock box that was open and sitting on the front room table. Inside the <br /> opened lock box was a golf ball size baggie of a white crystal substance, a small baggie of the same white crystal <br /> substance, two bags of marijuana, a digital scale, a bundle of new small baggies, multiple white pills, and syringes. <br /> From my training and experience, the white crystal substance appeared to be meth and the dark tar like substance <br /> appeared to be heroin. We also located a small notebook next to the lock box. The first page of the notebook <br /> appeared to be a drug ledger with multiple people's names and dollar amounts next to the names. <br /> In the nightstand drawer next to the bed nearest the front table, we found a roll of tinfoil, baggies, a digital scale <br /> and a meth pipe. A black backpack was next to the table. Inside the backpack, Officer Wallace found; pills, <br /> needles and other drug paraphernalia in the front pouch. I took photos of all areas of room #112 and the items we <br /> found. <br /> I certify(or declare)under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
