16 <br /> entitled for January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012, in connection with the agreement that <br /> preceded the Current Interlocal Agreement. Of this amount, the City of Everett will <br /> contribute $87,500 to Task Force, which will be delivered to the Task Force within 30 <br /> days after mutual execution of this agreement. The purpose of this $87,500 is to help <br /> bridge the gap between the Old Interlocal Service Agreement and this agreement. <br /> C. All of the City of Everett's obligations to fund the Task Force are <br /> included in this agreement and in the Current Interlocal Agreement. No other agreement <br /> is in effect that requires the City of Everett to fund the Task Force. <br /> 4. Termination. This agreement may be terminated by the City of Everett <br /> or by Snohomish County, acting on behalf of the Participating Jurisdictions, by <br /> providing written notice of termination to the other party specifying the effective date of <br /> termination, which must be at least 30 days after such written notice. Withdrawal of a <br /> Participating Jurisdiction from the Task Force pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Current <br /> Interlocal, shall terminate this agreement as to that jurisdiction. If this agreement is so <br /> terminated, the funds paid under Section 1 of this agreement shall be adjusted by <br /> proration based on a 365-day year. If this agreement extends beyond the current fiscal <br /> year, the obligations of the parties in succeeding fiscal years is contingent upon <br /> legislative appropriation for the purposes of this agreement as provided by law. <br /> 5. Hold Harmless. Each party agrees to be responsible and assume liability <br /> for its own wrongful and negligent acts or omissions, or those of its officers, agents or <br /> employees,as provided in Section 10 of the Current Interlocal Agreement. <br /> 6. Venue. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance <br /> with, and the validity and performance hereof shall be governed by, the laws of the state <br /> of Washington. Venue of any suit between the parties arising out of this agreement shall <br /> be in the Superior Court of the Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> 7. Recording. This agreement will be recorded in compliance with RCW <br /> 39.34.040. <br /> • <br /> 3 <br /> 142 <br />
