The Council Resolution authorized the Mayor <br /> to execute a contract with the South Forest Park Neighborhood Association for reimbursement of expenses <br /> incurred. That Grant Agreement was effective from September 5, 2011,to September 5, 2012. The <br /> Neighborhood Association has made substantial progress toward completing the project but seeks a time <br /> extension to December 10,2012. Modification of the contract does not grant any additional funds but gives <br /> the Neighborhood Association additional time to complete the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement with the South Forest Park <br /> Neighborhood Association. <br /> 19 <br />
