Examples of costs which <br /> can be charged are: architectural fees, land survey costs, environmental review costs, cost <br /> estimates, preliminary design plans, testing costs for lead etc. Costs which cannot be <br /> predevelopment costs are related to fund raising, grant writing and financing related costs. <br /> The $272,821.67 in assistance will be a forgivable loan. The loan will be a 25 year loan with 3 percent <br /> simple interest. The principal and interest will be forgiven at the end of 25 years. Any change of use must <br /> be approved by the City or the principal and interest will be do and payable immediately. <br /> III. In addition, the Grantee may require a more detailed budget breakdown than the <br /> one contained herein, and the Subrecipient shall provide such supplementary budget information in <br /> a timely fashion in the form and content prescribed by the Grantee. Any amendments to the budget <br /> must be approved in writing by both the Grantee and the Subrecipient. <br /> IV. Payment <br /> It is expressly agreed and understood that the total amount to be paid by the City under this <br /> Agreement shall not exceed $272,821.67. Draw downs for the payment of eligible expenses shall be <br /> made against the line item budgets specified in Paragraph Ill herein and in accordance with <br /> A-4 <br />
